Co-founder and CEO, Griffin has almost 30 years of development and real estate experience in North Texas. Griffin has transformed Rockhill from an ambitious upstart, to a major player in the North Texas market with a portfolio of over $300 Million in active deals in various stages of development.

PRINCIPAL

A founding member and principal at Rockhill Capital & Investments, Clay Thomas brings almost 30 years of construction experience to his clients and team.

Clay serves as CEO of Rockhill’s sister company FCS Construction and has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

PRINCIPAL

Co-founder and Principal who oversees the firms pre-acquisition process, Brantley is integral to the financing and planning of real estate deals. Brantley’s vast real estate knowledge has been amassed through over 25 years in real estate and construction primarily in North Texas.

PRINCIPAL & CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Critical to the sourcing, acquisition, and disposition of Rockhill’s projects, Libby’s vast industry relationships and expertise gives Rockhill an advantage on economic and land control in North Texas. Prior to joining Rockhill in 2017, Libby honed his knowledge through senior positions focused on land acquisitions and development for multiple premium homebuilders in the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As CFO, Eddie Geraghty leads the finance team and is integral to the strategic modeling/planning, financing, and reporting on all projects. Geraghty brings several decades of finance experience through a career that has included working with international accounting firms and real estate development companies focused on North Texas.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Stephanie Centofonti is a Project Manager for Rockhill Capital & Investments where she is responsible for ensuring the smooth management and transition of projects. She has spent nearly 15 years developing her skills in commercial, industrial and residential real estate as a land development consultant, engineer and project manager.

In her career, she has touched on many aspects of the industry including planning and zoning entitlements, construction management, bid scheduling, field coordination and modeling.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of Connecticut.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Neal Heckel has more than 30 years of experience in large and small scale land development projects. Heckel has developed over 7,000 single-family residential lots throughout his career. His experience includes oversight management of new site evaluation, entitlements, engineering, utility district management, survey, quality control, budgeting, contract administration, field supervision and project close out. He has extensive experience with the development staffs of most Dallas Metroplex and Houston area cities. He also retains an excellent relationship and reputation with both the technical service companies and construction contractors in those areas.

Heckel holds a Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University (1984).

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Jennifer Alexander joined Rockhill Capital & Investments in 2019 to assist with environmental and real estate transactions.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering technology with 25 years of consulting and project management experience in a broad range of environmental areas. Her project experience includes environmental consulting and assessments, project management, coordination of field remediation activities for soil and groundwater, quality assurance, job cost oversight, customer/regulatory relations, and safety objective maintenance.

Lance Fontenot serves as a Project Manager for Rockhill, providing oversight and supervision for multi-faceted development projects. He has been in the industry for over 25 years, with over 13 years of operations experience and 14 years in project management.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

A senior project manager at Rockhill Capital & Investments, Mark Harpool manages construction projects end-to-end, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress updates and more.

Mark is passionate about overseeing projects and building relationships in the North Texas region, which is evidenced by the widespread residential projects he is helping bring to life.

Prior, Mark served as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at CoServ for nearly 15 years.

LAND PROJECT MANAGER

Randy St. Clair serves as Land Project Manager at Rockhill Capital & Investments, working alongside Executive Vice President Brent Libby. Randy began his time at Rockhill as an intern in 2022, and continues to build his expertise in land acquisition, development and management in his current role.

Randy is a seventh-generation North Texas native, and his family has been involved in the real estate development industry for generations. Through the years, he has developed a healthy understanding of the industry and is able to contribute valuable insights based on this foundation.

Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Oklahoma and is a licensed Texas real estate agent.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

In her role as Executive Assistant, Reecie Powrie supports the partners and staff in the day-to-day operations of Rockhill. Having worked in the land development industry for more than 20 years, the executive team relies on her skills, knowledge and fortitude to manage the firm’s administrative functions efficiently.

Prior to joining Rockhill, Reecie worked for J. Baker Corporation and Dowdey, Anderson & Associates.

DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

A North Texas native, Teresa West serves as Development Coordinator at Rockhill, overseeing project execution and working closely with the engineers, architects, and builders to manage all Rockhill developments. She has over ten years of accounts payable experience, specializing previously in oil manufacturing and civil engineering. She has also worked in the real estate industry, spending four years learning the ins and outs of farm and ranch real estate.
